Day of the session

I want you to enjoy the day. I don’t want your stressing over outfits, whether your kid will sit still and smile. So relax and have some fun. 

Do not stress, your home does not need to be spotless for your session. Think about the rooms you might want to use. Your bedroom, living room, kitchen, garden are popular. We might ask to move things during the session to remove distractions, please don’t be phased by this, it’s just to make the best artwork. It’s difficult to plan for every eventuality, but here is my guide for an on-location session.

  • Keep plenty of drinks and snacks handy.
  • Toys
  • 3-4 different outfits- You never know when they’ll get muddy. At least one outfit that shows movement. Twirly dress/skirt or a superhero cape.

If you weather is significantly bad, we will reschedule it. However, please be prepared to play in the rain, wind or snow. I love an outdoor adventure.

After the session

You had your session and you loved it… What’s next? Your Session Premier night!

Your Session Premier night will be within two weeks of your session. I’ll come to you (no babysitter needed) and we’ll watch a slideshow of all your images. We’ll go through each image and take a look at product samples. It’s much easier to decide when you can see and touch. You’ll have plenty of time decide which photo works best in your living room.

Can I view my session online?

Yes, after your Session Premier Night. You will have access to a password protected online gallery to share with family and friends. 

How long does delivery take?

You only have a short wait after Session Premier Night. Digital files purchased will be made available within 48 hours and prints and products will be delivered within 2-4 weeks.

Can I share the photos online?

Yes, Of course. They are your images to share as you wish. It would be great if you mentioned me during the process. 

Will you help me plan my wall gallery?

Of Course. I’m more than happy to discuss and help plan your wall art, or products.
